XCC-2-A Quartz Flexure Accelerometer

XCC-2-A Quartz Flexure Accelerometer is a high-reliability inertial sensor designed for navigation, stabilization, and control systems operating in harsh mechanical and environmental conditions.

The accelerometer provides a ±60 g measurement range with a threshold sensitivity better than 10 μg, enabling accurate detection of low-level acceleration signals. A stable scale factor of 1.0 mA/g (±0.2) and controlled bias and nonlinearity make it suitable for medium to high precision inertial applications.

The device demonstrates strong short- and long-term stability, including ≤30 μg short-term stability (4 h) and ≤80 μg bias composite repeatability (1σ, 1 month). Temperature performance is optimized for wide operating conditions, with low bias and scale factor temperature coefficients across the full operating range.

Designed for demanding environments, XCC-2-A withstands 10 g vibration (20–2000 Hz) and 150 g shock, operates from –55°C to +85°C, and supports customizable internal temperature sensors (e.g. AD590, PT1000).

With a compact Ø18.2 × 23 mm form factor and weight ≤30 g, XCC-2-A is well suited for space-constrained inertial systems requiring precision, robustness, and long-term stability.
