XCC-3-D Quartz Flexure Accelerometer

High-precision, high-reliability quartz flexure accelerometer designed for navigation, stabilization, and control systems requiring extended measurement range and robust environmental performance.

The accelerometer provides a measurement range of ≥ ±75 g with a stable scale factor of 0.85–0.97 mA/g, low nonlinearity, and controlled bias characteristics. Temperature performance is optimized across the full operating range, maintaining stability after temperature cycling.

Designed for harsh environments, XCC-3-D withstands 10 g vibration (20–2000 Hz) and 150 g shock, operates over –55°C to +75°C, and is powered from ±12 to ±15 V. The compact Ø25.4 × 31 mm cylindrical package with weight ≤80 gmakes it suitable for demanding inertial applications.
